Look like Benchmade??
Very nice, looks great, lightweight aluminum handle, the blade has a stone tumbled finish, great ergonomics-feels good in the hand, great switch, strong spring and tight lockup...
It has the butterfly logos on the backside and on the clip, but it does not resemble any model of Benchmade OTF I could find.
